Refund Policy

If for any reason you decide not to keep a product, you may return it to Dallas Premier Online Shop unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached, within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns after this time may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 30% of the total cost of the product. Products which are returned to Dallas Premier Online Shop and are not in “NEW” condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHOUT A RECEIPT.

Any packing discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date or purchase date.

Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. A RECEIPT OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED along with the defective merchandise. All defective merchandise must be returned to Dallas Premier Online Shop before it will be replaced. Dallas Premier Online Shop will not accept returns on running shoes that have been used to play volleyball.

Uniforms and special orders are subject to a 10% restocking charge. No silk-screened or embroidered merchandise is eligible to be returned unless it is defective (dye lot differences are not considered defective). Please examine your merchandise before adding any printing or embroidery.

All returns must include a copy of the original receipt of purchase or invoice and a written statement of why the product is being returned. Shoes and original shoe box must be returned in “NEW” condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returns must have the Return Authorization number. A Return Authorization number can be obtained by emailing us at brownbag@dallaspremier.org
